viettel sim card blocked, why and how
I use many viettel sim card to make phone call, but I found if i call many numbers or might make long time call within a day, the card would be blocked probably by big chance, if blocked, when I make a call, the phone act as a du du du tone and view "please check the service provider", but sending SMS or USSD is OK, only call out and calll in failed, who can help me to solve this problem, unlock the viettel sim card, or tell me what is the rule of the block from the Viettel co...

Does anyone know where 'motorbike street' is? I was told by someone that there was a motorbike street somewhere out of the central part of Hanoi... I'm having a hard time finding an endocrinologist in Hanoi. Does anyone know if there is any, and where?
