Really good bun dau mam tom (noodle with fried tofu dipped in shrimp sauce). This utterly simple dish is delicious if you can eat shrimp sauce. I feel this is the epitome of Vietnamese cuisine where the ingredients are so basic its a laugh but they weave them together to create such unique tastes.
The shrimp sauce is nicely seasoned, salty, sweet, sour, spicy yumm. You can add cha com as a side but it's not too good imo. I heard a famous Vietnamese singer used to eat here so it's quite popular with the local people. Minus one for being street food.
