A favourite spot of mine, and I still make the effort to go there even though I don't live in the area any more.. which is saying something, I'm naturally lazy.
being set back from Doi Can makes it a bit quieter. Very nice atmosphere. Don't know if it's an addition or a mechanical failure but there are steamy jets around the balcony now.
Staff are mostly helpful. There are plenty of them though, mostly teenagers, so they naturally get a bit distracted and just hang out. Nothing an "Em Oi" doesn't fix though.
The beer is plentiful, cheap and tasty, what more could you want?
The food is very good.
My only criticism is the nuts. Terrible nuts, the sweet kind, does anybody like those? 1 star off for not having tasty nuts. I'm not fussy about many things in life, but tasty nuts is one of them.

It is number one choice for bia hoi in my opinion. THey serve exellent foods with fair prices.
Also love these friendly staffs, they even much more professional than lot of other luxury places
You can feel the fresh air of being outside and out of dirty street.

A nice outdoor beer hall in a comfortable location. The bia hoi here was good, and the food was surprisingly high quality. Just, simply, a nice place for an inexpensive meal and a drink.

This place has some of the best food I have eaten in Vietnam. The squid is fantastic as are the pork ribs. Went with a large group and all ordered a variety of food. Everything was very good and the price was insanely cheap for the quality and quantity of food.

An all time favorite. Traditional Vietnamese dishes at affordable prices. Staff are attentive except maybe when there is soccer game on and Vietnam is playing. Most of the dishes are good but they can never seem to know how to cook chicken, it's either overcooked or undercooked.
