a good place to drink, the beer is 8N and is bigger than a bia hoi. they also sell some good food, but the portions are quite big so dont be greedy and share!

Hey Slim, the place you're reviewing doesn't exist. I've lived in bach khoa over a year and there's no bia tuoi that looks like that/is open late night. However I know the place you're refering to and I like to affectionately refer to it as the kid's place. Not because they serve children but because the place is run by 10-13 year olds. Having your beer served by a pre-teen reminds of my younger days cutting my teeth in the pub business back in Ireland at a tender age. So for the Nostalgia it's 1 star.
I can't comment on the food, not the biggest fan of bia food apart from chips, peanuts and grilled squid all of these things being hard to fuck up.
The beer is not the best i'll have to admit. It is cheap(the big glass for 8 is great) but i'd much prefer bia hoi or even (shock,horror) viet ha in any of the 12 other Beer establishments within a 1km radius of the stadium. Beer and football like a horse and carriage. I'll take a couple off for that.
One thing I like is the ability to get take-away bia quite late( midnightish) something which the smiling children are always willing to do.
Don't go for the beer but when other options are closed it's a handy last resort for the beer cravings. 1 star for that.
