Give the Hawaiian pizza a miss.

Just moved into the area and this supermarket is smack bang in the middle of my ride home from work. Good selection of meats out the back, some imported cheeses, stocks vary for both, but most important ive found english muffins there on two occasions....one thing havent really found anywhere else.

take star off for the small ailes as i have to crabwalk sideways down most of them to get the meat fridges out the back. I find it a bit cheaper than L's place and veges (my locals where i used to live)

nice selections of pastas, sauces, canned foods, canned meats (if your into that) have all the cold drinks in the back, wine/spirits selection is not bad.

We eat here reasonably often and it must be either run by different people to the other Dan's or the staff actually care about you. Pizza is good especially as it's 2 for 1 on Thursdays. The only problem is they don't deliver. The supermarkets are owned by the same family but maybe not the restaurants as the Dan's off Kim Ma seems very poorly reviewed.

A great restaurant serving large pizzas, as well as hamburgers, pasta, sandwiches etc. Downstairs is a small well-stocked western supermarket.
