“Good restaurant across the street from the Temple of Literature. It seems like a good place to bring visiting friends, after you have checked out the Temple. KOTO is also nice in that it provides an off-the-street dining experience and is big (and therefore good for large groups). ”

Myself and a couple of mates hit this place on a Sunday. Beer was fantastic and we managed to hit the happy hour which works out to around about 30,000VND for a litre of special brew.
They serve a dark beer here, so it may be a good place to go on wintery evenings...that said...the place was empty and pretty much devoid of any atmosphere...
Personally I would have rathered somewhere with a bit more vibe... but it is certainly worth visiting to try out the beer.
