As a jaded foreigner living in Hanoi over 2 years, I am slow to trust anyone I don't know. Anh Dung is a huge exception to this rule.

I have had nothing but positive experiences from this hard-working family business. They are honest, cheerful people, almost like family after renting from them for 2 years.

Whenever there is a problem with my rental, I can simply stop by their shop and they will switch out my bike or fix it right away with a smile, no questions asked.

I am always ready to support businesses in Hanoi that exhibit such integrity and enthusiasm. I am happy to call this delightful family my friends.

I have rented bikes from here on and off for the last couple of years and recommended more than few friends to rent from here.

I have had but a few problems and they replaced the bike immediately and then returned the bike when repaired and you only have to exchange the bike if you want.

Great little motorbike rental place where 2 sets of friends rented from here. The lady who runs the place is so sweet and very accommodating, even allowing my friends to drop off the bike at 10pm.
We were invited for some ice tea too while we waited to fill out the forms.
Very conveniently located and extremely helpful and friendly. Anh Dung is a lovely lady so if she has a bike available for rental, then you could certainly do a lot worse elsewhere. Fully recommend.

If you need a bike and you need them to speak English its a worthwhile call. You could look on your won through review and review but I think this place is great.
I called one day asking for prices and the next day I had my bike. I talked to them told them what I needed (a honda wave was enough) and I got what I asked for.
The only thing was when they arrived at my house to show me the bike, one of two was on a motorbike that I thought might be mine (it was a bit newer) but it wasn't that one.
I've had the bike for almost two months and shes still running strong. I'd be happy to rent again.

I have used Anh Dung Motorbikes for many years. They were here in 1997 and I rented a Minks! Their bikes are very well maintained, their service very professional, fair and friendly. They are very nice and honest people who will always try to help you.
