Vietnam's largest manufacturer of bicycles, it stocks plenty of Toucan-like colors for ages 3 and up. Bikes start at $100 and ride up from there. But go knowing what you want, the salespeople know nothing about bicycles. Don't come asking whether the pedals are from Taiwan or if a 19 inch bike frame will fit a 6 foot male adult, just don't, you'll just be left spinning your wheels.
