Worth coming here for the circus show that is this nightclub. That and the fact you can dance here without dying from smoke inhalation.
First time I went here is was closing - it was quiet and relaxing but I had a huge "what the ???!!!!" moment when entering the bathroom area (drunks, girls throwing up and couples hooking up) but it kinda made my night b/c it was so unexpected.
Second time, the music was pumping, the view was amazing- lightning show as well- the people watching was epic, especially because of the hot woman who could pull off wearing a white jumpsuit doing her 'sex moves' dance as we called it and we danced all night. Just what I needed after 3 months of being unable to dance without being suffocated by cigarette smoke.
Pricey drinks so drink elsewhere then come here.
Oh yeah and beware of the lifts. Press #19. I got lost and separated from my friends the first time-hilarity ensued so I won't down grade but some bigger signs wouldn't go astray.

I have been here twice now, 1st time was to meet up with a friend as this place is local to me, 120K VND for a glass of draft beer (this was about six weeks ago) I nearly spat the beer out when I found out but it was too precious to waste, needless to say one drink then we left!
Went here recently with my girlfriend to sample the food as the menu looked promising, not a great idea. We were trying to work out if this place was a bar trying to be a restaurant or the other way round, defiantly a bar with expensive bar food in a very confusing menu (It was all over the place).
First issue when we sat down was the plumes of cigar smoke from business types, fair enough they were outside on the balcony but it seemed to drift our way so we moved but the smoke followed and the music was too loud for a restaurant and definitely not of the background dining type.
Service was good but it should have been since I counted 18 bar/waiter staff so a 1 to 2 ratio staff/customers (not counting kitchen staff) on an early midweek evening. They looked bored and chatted amongst themselves, no problem except one decided to remove the 2 extra places on our table three quarters the way through our meal which was a bit odd.
Food was OK but nothing to write home about, my girlfriend had a very thin “steak” with the wrong sauce and I had tough pork ribs but the breaded coating was nice.
Not sure if we will be back, maybe for drinks & if so I will rethink my rating.
Edit: -
Just had a nice cheap lunch here and the place was busy, 70 to 80k for their set lunch specials. Drinks are a bit expensive though, Coke for 40k and beer for 60k (also mix drinks for 90k and cocktails for 125k) but I guess that just offsets the price of lunch and these are the normal prices for this place it seems. I think I was a bit harsh with my 2 star rating and I did get some feedback from the management although I came on a "special" night the 1st time and nope it wasn't Valentines night as I was in Halia with my girlfriend. I guess this is the place to come for a swanky drinks evening.

I've been here a few times. Never had a problem with staff or anything like that. It is a bit pricey, but you pay for the location and again I don't mind on the rare occasions that I go.
Last night, after having dinner with some friends, we decided to go there for a nightcap. Parked our bikes in the basement, took the elevator all the way up. Before the doors opened we could hear the thumping of the music and were looking forward to a good (although expensive) drink and some good music.
However, as I walked out of the elevator I was stopped by "security" who said my girlfriend and I could not enter. Apparently, men can no longer wear shorts to this place and women are not allowed to wear sandals. I know this place is a little upper scale, but get real. No shorts or sandals in the summer heat of Hanoi?????
Personally, I think this is a bad move, but judging from the crowd that was in the place most people don't care. Hopefully, there won't be too many places who follow this trend.

cool space. i really like the space here it has so much potential.
they often have a dj and sometimes play pretty good music.
the food is hit or miss and not consistent at all. you might get a well prepared dish one night but the next night if you order the same thing it sucks.
the service is an absolute freaking nightmare here. i don't understand they have like 30 waitstaff and bartenders working at all times and it is a complete s-show. they never get the order right, it takes FOREVER to get your food or drink and there is ALWAYS some sort of miscommunication at some point throughout the night.
also i'm not really into the crowd here although its pretty good for people watching. half the patrons are dooshbags in suits and the other half are rich spoiled vietnamese kids that take girls there to impress them before they go to nha nghi.

Visited here last night for a small celebration. The first problem was trying to get to the bar: the floor number has to be punched into a pad outside the lifts and then the next available lift is indicated on a sign, a little like the interview system in a government unemployment office.
Once inside the lift there are no buttons at all, so you are at the mercy of the elevator's whims. Last night it stopped at several floors - seemingly for no reason - before it eventually deposited us at the 19th. Strange how powerless this made us feel.
The view from the 19th floor, however, is so spectacular that we hardly minded paying 150,000VND for a cocktail. We just made sure that we drank them bloody slowly. That being said, the list of cocktails bordered on the bizarre: I've never heard of a'Tiramisu Martini' before. One of us had to do it: the doctor said that it was the bastard son of a Brandy Alexander, certainly it was very creamy with the queasy addition of chocolate flakes and Kahlua.
My drink was saturated with crushed, rank-tasting mint leaves. It reminded me of the way that mint thrives near a dustbin, where the cats like to go and pee.
The staff were friendly and very polite although their English was a little limited; I was using my fan when a waitress came out and said that, if I was hot, we could move our table inside.
Overall, the magnificence of the view makes up for the expensive, faintly nasty cocktails and screwball lift system.
