It's shocking that this in an authorized retail store.
My iphone developed a fault and when we returned it there. They almost ignored us completely. They passed us from one person to another all who were unwilling to help or advise.
The problem was with the vibrate button. It was quite obviously a problem from when I showed them it.
The fault would be covered by the warranty and the iphone was still under warranty when we went there. I showed them the warranty card and original receipt but that didn't make any difference.
I bought the iphone from this very same shop, funny they were very friendly when taking our money.
Useless place and I advise to avoid.
Good luck to anyone who needs to return a product here for repairs or advice.
Anyone know a good Apple shop / repair shop in Hanoi? Looks like I will have to foot the bill now!
this shop is no longer listed on the authorized resellers list, I strongly advise against using this place, check the resellers page before buying apple products.
Visited future world on Kim ma, a cracking place with excellent service. shame they don't sell iPhones. They advised me to visit 109 mai hac de street. This place is listed on the official apple resellers page.
My iPhone 3GS was in BAD shape. Cracked screen, headphone jack not working, dock connector would only charge and not send data, vibrate didn't work, lock button stuck, and something else I don't remember. Cost 1.000.000 to fix everything plus they updated my iOS to 5.1.1, jailbroke it, unlocked it (it's locked to AT$T) and installed a load of cracked apps. 5 stars for great customer service, minus one star for the speaker not working and me having to go back to fix it (free of charge of course). Cute salesgirls too!
After having the phone for less than a week it has completely stopped working. After taking it back to the shop to see what was wrong, it was summarily fixed. FOR AN HOUR. Afterwards it stopped working and I took it back AGAIN. I've left it there overnight but after reading some forums online I'm fairly positive they've bricked it. My iPhone 3GS was manufactured after week 35 of 2009 and apparently these models should NEVER be unlocked and changed basebands. This is what they did. I am going back tomorrow. I doubt I will get my original 1.000.000 back or any compensation whatsoever.
