Not really a question , But those working here illegally on tourist visa's . I think the guys at the airport are on to your short trips to Bangkok and are refusing you entry when flying back in country , So do take your most important thing with you in case they don't let you back in country. So question is have you experienced this or a friend has?

Mistakes are common , please digest and correct as needed.......

Your post and comments are too general.

I'm not understanding your point.

@ Travworld,

I don't really get your point but I have seen a case like this: a person worked on tourist visa in Vietnam, then immigration at local province discovered it, he was fined and banned from entering Vietnam again. The ban often takes 3-5 days to appear on all immigration systems in Vietnam. But this person seemed not clear about the ban, he paid the fine and immediately applied for a new visa. This visa was approved because the ban was not updated on the system at that time yet. But when he flew to Vietnam, the ban was on the airport system and he was denied entry.

So in his case, if he had waited for several days before applying new visa, his application would not have been approved.

In the case you mentioned above, if that person was not banned, he can still enter Vietnam. The airport immigration refuse entry based on the ban, not on your short trip to Bangkok or anywhere. If he was worried about being denied entry, he can order airport pick up service which assist him with working with airport staff and taking visa on arrival.

My advice is that never work on a tourist visa! Definitely do a business one instead:)

Somewhat difficult to get a Business Visa if your working, or plan to work, illegally in Vietnam. Not sure they do an Illegal Business Visa.

Think OP heard a rumour and is wondering if he is about to be handed his arse in a sling. Hence the other post from this guy (reading between the lines) "How do I get my money out of Vietnam that I earned illegally with no proof of source of funds?"

They are looking just for guys like this.

I think if you are working here illegally and fly in and out every 3 months you should declare your money on arrival so you can sent it out without a problem when you make it again.
