Pasteurised eggs. Never even heard of em before, highly unlikely you'll find them here. You're not in Kansas now, Dorothy. I had a Goggle though, seems pretty easy if you can boil or microwave thr eggs. 140 degrees C for a few minutes and voila, pasteurised eggs! Have a Goggle. And all you need in that case I guess is a cooking thermometer, which will probably be your next question. No, I don't know, try Intimex.
'e says "pasteurise 'cos pasteurise is best", an she says, "Ernie, I'll be 'appy if it comes up to me chest."
Thank you for causing this agonising childhood memory to resurface:
Yep, had to look up pasteurised eggs. Never heard of them. If you want to use raw egg and pasteurise it first you can do it in a microwave without cooking it.
Seems in Oz & NZ they evaluated it and don't pasteurise eggs as the risk is too low so long as you don't use dirty or cracked eggs. Other raw egg products are treated though.
