As a fashion lover, I really want to join in fashion industry and develop my career as a fashion designer and stylist. However I didn’t know how to start. The course at LCFS gives me a board view about fashion, beside design, pattern cutting etc, I also learnt about trend forecasting and business...

A really good concept! Hanoikids is a student - run organization based in Hanoi. By voluntarily taking city tours in Hanoi, They hope to show foreigners the beautiful spots in Hanoi and on the other site improve their English skills. So a win/win situation!
We contacted them by mail on thursday to ask for a fullday tour on sunday. The communication by mail was accurate and on friday we knew their would be 2 students waiting for us sunday morning 8.30 am at the gate of the HCM complex.
They provide you with names, mailadresses and phonenumbers of the students so by delay you can imediately contact them personally. Which was handy while we where stuck in traffic. So at 9 am we met with Yen and Yen. They spoke very good english and provided us with a lot of information about uncle Ho and local knowledge about the plants growing there. Much more personal than going with a guided group. After the complex we wanted to go to the temple of literature. We only took our bicycles with us, so they offered the backseat of their moterbikes. At the temple they again showed us the stories behind everything we saw. Every question was answered. And we also had a lot of fun. Later that day they showed us a well hidden Vietnamese coffeehouse. And gave us lots of tips and information about what we should see next times. What can i say more! It's an amazing interesting day. And good for your wallet aswell, you only pay for their entrence tickets and lunch/drinks. Everybody who is new in Hanoi should go at least ones on a tour with one of the Hanoikids. They will give you a complete picture of Hanoi. And later you can always contact them if you have more questions.

Took a tour with one of the students on our first visit to Hanoi and would very highly recommend them.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and spoke good English.
If you have any friends visiting Hanoi this is a great way to spend a half or full day sightseeing
